We just popped in for a browse and came upon a truly remarkable young man. He had plenty of time for a couple of pensioners... wasn't pushy, very knowledgeable and obviously was very proud of DFS. He didn't offer his name but mentioned he was a plasterer 2 years ago! We will certainly return & hope to see this special employee.

Excellent experience, which surprised me. Having had a previous bad experience at the hands of DFS! In another store. Chap that served me was great, and purchased a new sofa. Highly recommended this DFS store

We have literally just had our patterdale tumeric sofa delivered - on time and totally in perfect condition by two lovely delivery men who were polite and helpful. I only read these reviews after having ordered and was very concerned, luckily I didn't need to be.

The in store care was good and the sofa it's self is comfy and exactly what we wanted.

So disappointed with DFS. I don't know how else to express my awful experience other than on here. I contacted them by phone and email well over 3-4 months ago regarding problems with the sofa and mattress that we purchased nearly 2 years ago. Both of the items were still under guarantee at the time. I spoke on the phone to many different customer service reps, no one seemed to know how to deal with my enquiry.

I was then given an email to contact and send pictures to.which I did. Never heard back from anyone to say the email had been received so I sent the same email again.
I waited for a month before I sent another email to ask if anyone would be dealing with my requests.
Still have yet to hear back from anyone. For this reason i will never purchase from here again and will not recommend.
