I've been a member of this gym a couple of times over the last 7 or 8 years. It's the nicest gym I've used in and around Hemel Hempstead. You never feel intimidated and it seems to attract professional modest types. The staff have always been very welcoming and helpful. It's also in a beautiful setting.

I came up here on work at ashridge executive education and got to use the facilities of TLC it had a great range of classes I got to do while staying here and I really enjoyed my time with the staff

Very nice environment pleasant staff the swimming pool can get a bit crowded, its nice to spend an hour or two there ,and have a walk in Ashridge
