Well what can l say. Firstly the positive the reception girls at the spa were great on greeting us showed us around. The relaxation room was not very relaxing could hear noise from outside. The beds were not comfy, they could have had some nice smelling oil in the room and light relaxing music, but no. Having been to Pennyhill spa l have to say there relaxation room amazing, water beds, nice smell, music and duvets :)
It all felt rather crowded , did not like the pool inside being looked at by everyone. Outside pool nice but it was empty so enjoyable. All and all l would not go again and would not recommend to others to go.

Amida Spa don’t even deserve one star: useless staff!

Bought the Elemis Travel Treasures For Her from the Amida Spa at David Lloyd Hampton. The two members of staff in the Amida Spa who took my money said ‘if the item is opened, we don’t refund or exchange as the item is sealed within the box’. Before I opened the box, the item was not sealed and the travel treasures which supposedly had 6 items only had 5 items. I called the Amida Spa and was spoken to most rudely by one the staff members. Was told someone would call me back; no one did! DONT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THERE UNLESS YOU CHECK IT FIRST.

The staff in Hampton David Lloyd lack manners and this includes the Amida Spa staff who behave as though they are doing you a favour by taking your money! For their information, I paid for what I bought and will prefer John Lewis and other department stores where at least I get treated with more respect than at David Lloyd Amida Spa! Regret buying products there now, but won’t in future!

I will not give even one star because of the not fair way they treat the clients. I will say double check if you been offered discount as a David lloyd's member and what they really booked you for. The only reason give a 2 stars is thet the therapist is a good professional. However as I been mislead once I will not use the service again... The ladies on reception are not worried
