Whitchurch Sports

Started off a positive experience which then turned into a farce - even though Whitchurch Sports had my trophy order by email - clearly stating items I wished to order when it came to collection day 2 days before I need these trophies for a competition I pick up these items to find out some of the items were not the items that I ordered - the "assistant" (laughably called that) was of no care or solutions and the manager couldn't even be bothered to call me back when he could be bothered to be in the premises to discuss the situation. Terrible customer service I will not be returning. Also the store which I didn't visit until collection day looks like steptoe's junk yard. Do not recommend at all.

I would strongly recommend Mr Gresty of Whitchurch Sports. He has lots of experience in sports retail,especially when giving advice on trophies & their inscriptions. He gives his customers his undivided attention at all times in his own pleasant & polite way. Long may he continue .

whats the point of having a website where you cannot look at stock or prices?!!!! (especially if you do not live close by!!!)

always fabulous, order on the phone and dropped off at Bishop Heber the next day

Bought some fabulous cricket bats for our 9 and 11 year olds. Prices comparable with the internet. Brilliant selection and top quality customer service. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again I'm sure!

Brilliant Service! I visited the shop today in the hope of picking up a inexpensive small trophy. I explained what I required the trophy for and staff members had a look at what would be suitable for my needs and I even got my trophy for a price alot less than I expected. Honestly I cannot thank the shop more for being such a great help :) You have made a young man very very happy.

I do not recommend going to this shop to purchase anything the owner is a terrible person and tried ripping me off doesn’t have any thing of any quality only run down items :)
