Decathlon Farnborough

Absolutely brilliant experience today in store. Had a list for my step-sons forthcoming Ski Trip with the school. Being a non-skier I didn’t know where to start!

Audrey a store assistant quickly noticed this and helped us through the list.

She took us to each section and explained the range, different prices and benefits of each. Even selected the right size for everything. He tried everything on and each fitted perfectly.

No hassle, a great experience and would highly recommend. Plus 5 Stars for Audrey who was fantastic.

So I bought a rockrider st520 and took it for a spin up the forest of dean , what a bike great value for money and can sure take a beating was hesitating to do a few upgrades but am going to do so now simply coz it rides smooth it's stylish and generally a good bike

Have been into Farnbrough store about 3 times recently and seen Ben each time. He is super helpful and his customer service is impeccable, credit to the store. I have seen him consistently be like this with other customers too!

Really poor. For some reason many basic items are no longer being stocked. Cycling department is particularly bad. Couldn't even buy a road bike tyre on most recent visit. Needs sorting. Southampton store far better.

Pretty decent sized decathlon store. Has a good range though found there was limited selection in certain sizes (smaller men's sizes, especially footwear). The checkouts are really clever and work without you scanning things, no idea how they do it.

One main criticism of the decathlon brand in general - I don't like how stereotyped the colours on everything are, particularly kids stuff where things are labelled boys and girls, and is in very stereotypical colours (boys stuff is blue, girls stuff is pink or purple), the same is true with the womenswear and menswear.

terrible service. cannot be paid in cash. how is it possible that nowadays a customer cannot pay as he sees fit in such a large store. in the past I often shopped right here, but from now on I'd rather pay more somewhere else.

I came in here earlier to have a look around for some new gym equipment. I spoke with Ben. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I left with some bands and a new roller. Thanks again Ben! I will be back soon…

Just spent half an hour in this shop, got to the till and they said they wouldn't accept my cash! Cash is legal money.....! No signs up saying up they do not take cask either. Terrible service. Will not return to this company.
