Nike Factory Store

I don't often do that but I'm so disappointed in customer service which is non-existing that it is only one star for me and I would probably give it less if possible. I asked for assistance twice and the guy was just fobbing me off saying yeah we don't have the black one but the red one because that's what he could see and grab in the first place and straight back to his mates just to enjoy live and have a good conversation. I left the store feeling unsatisfied with no intention buying anything whatsoever. Sometimes it doesn't matter whether you going to spend 50 quid 100 or 200 quid you just want the product you're looking for. I won't be definitely coming back to the store I won't be spending money in here and I would not recommend it to anyone. Sorry to say but as in the previous places every time you get youths working together they don't have a clue what the good customer service is they don't know that they are there to do a job they just want to simply enjoy themselves, now that works for them but not for the customers unfortunately. It would be nice if a manager would step in but maybe its just another mate...

Met a legend today, in my eyes Thomas, absolutely pleased with his service, after he successfully spoke to a manager and exchanging a pair of trainers for me, he literally achieved his step count today after going back and forth searching for the last trainer on display for me as well. true gentleman made my day. If you're reading this your an asset to the company and will go far in life mate, polite, well mannered and you've made my day, Topman!

Good selection but the aisles were very narrow so had to wait before going through them.

Lots of good sale products here. Que was insane and if u come in the evening the store will be in a huge mess, at no fault of there own obviously. We bought 2 pairs of trainers. Was really happy overall

Always good for a bargain. There's always a deal of some sort on. Shoe selection is quite small but worth a visit if in area

Quick service. Went to return an item I bought online. Staff were friendly and explained I couldn't return in store because I paid via PayPal. So, if you pay for items using PayPal or Klarna, be aware you can't return the item to a store.
