I ordered some Chase Cricket gloves for my son from Mr Cricket Hockey. The package arrived and unfortunately, there was a rucksack in there instead of the gloves. I called up the number on the website and thanked the heavens it was not a call centre where i had to navigate various options and spend hours in a queue.
I spoke to Tim who looked into this whilst on the phone. He apologised and sent another set of gloves (the same as previously ordered) on an overnight delivery to me as my son needs them for this weekend.
Tim then followed up with an email saying that as a gesture of goodwill, he wanted us to keep the rucksack as well.
Its great that amazing customer service still exists. Everyone can make a simple mistake in packing or delivery, its the way you deal with this mistake that sets you apart from the rest. Good work Tim.......will be shopping here again!

I live nearby so use "click and collect". The Mr. Cricket Hockey staff are friendly and polite. And they were happy to reduce packaging for me to collect my items in person.

I ordered 2 items very easily from their website. The first item came without delay, the second was delayed by approximately 10 days BUT Mr Cricket was very good at keeping me informed, as was the delivery company. The fit of the 2 items was as described and fitted perfectly. I would definitely buy again.

I ordered 3 pairs of Astros and they came what seemed like the next day it was so quick, my little boy loves his, my partner certainly needed his and likes them too I love mine.
