Decathlon Nottingham (Giltbrook)

Great for sports equipment of all kinds from cycling to skiing, plus loads more. Not too expensive. Part of the Giltbrook shopping complex with a very large free carpark and shops like Ikea and Next nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful and always neatly dressed in uniform

Planty of space qnd stock all at the low price you d expect from Decathlon. The store is well laid out and have planty of stock ,very whide variety of sports equipment and clothing.Very frendly staff,good customer service

Pretty good but compared to other branches , pretty disappointing. Ok selection in store (although Quite a few out of stock) , layout of the store is a bit confusing and could definitely be better signposted. Changing rooms have quite a dodgy locking system which needs fiddling before actually ensuring they’re locked.

Our 4 year old was left crying for 1h drive home after visiting this store as staff to lazy to assemble the bike he wanted. Aparently 20min is not long enough to buy a bike at this store.

Great store for all your sportswear and sports equipment, also good selection of tents and camping equipment. Helpful knowledgeable and efficient service from staff. Well worth a visit.

It gets very busy at weekend prices are reasonable but lots of choices

Really disappointed with inconsistent customer service here. I asked at the bicycle center if they would help me fit a child seat to my bike to check it worked before buying , they found one they would fit my bike and said yes they would also fit it. I went all the way back with my bike and was asked who had told me they would do this service and they wouldn’t do this for safety reasons, on top of this they couldn’t find a child seat they would fit my bike, so annoyed they wasted my time and petrol in going to them under false promises, really disappointed, usually I like shopping at Decathlon.
