Nike Factory Store

Had to return some trainers purchased online. Young lady talked me through the process which was really simple using QR code in the nike app. Sorted it really quickly for me and was really pleasant and efficient. Great customer service. Well done

The store is a decent sized with plenty of items to choose from.

We had to wait a fair while to speak with an assistant, we could only see two when we were in the shop. They were both busy.

After waiting we were told that they didn't have what we wanted, but he was helpful.

Great deals in store however they could do with double the number of till points they have Currently, shoppers were queueing for upwards of 20 mins, and queues formed into the shop, blocking the way for other shoppers to move about and shop freely. Staff seemed nice but just too cramped

Great shop some times you find what you want and sometimes you don't but generally it's good always some sort of sale on got some trainers for £23.95 Bargin what more can I say 😉

The Nike store has a good selection of products for men, women & children. You can wander around at your own pace & none of the staff bother you unless you require assistance. The prices are quite reasonable, especially the trainers which are considerably cheaper than other stores that I have been to selling Nike goods. Some of them were on offer at 50% off the usual price. This shop is well worth a visit.

Went in looked around and got ignored ?? Shop layout is ok but service destination needs to be people lead. I went home and ordered on line... Paying all that rent in a great location to not engage with people that still value face to face.. I will try again to see if it was a one off or the normal level of service.

Every time I shop here I feel less and less valued as a customer. The staff are mostly rude and unhelpful. Also when you have a queue of paying customers do you not think its extremely disrespectful to open a till to serve your own colleagues then close it immediately after, when there are still customers queueing!! And then have the audacity to ask for feedback on how you were served today! Literally given one star for the pricing and one star for one of your colleagues who was really nice, unfortunately not sure of her name.
