When I first visited Richard more than ten years ago for a long standing back issue I was so impressed by his treatment. It enabled me to manage this effectively and I have continued to visit him for a range of injuries and problems.
Richard is so knowledgeable and always identifies the source of the problem and provides a wide range of treatments and advice. I have recommended him to many friends who all say the same. I refer to him as having magic hands.
I never hesitate to visit him whatever the injury or problem.

I have been seeing Richard since 2009. I had been told by a orthopaedic surgeon that I would need a knee replacement within 2 years.
Richard’s in-depth knowledge of anatomy and muscle trigger points has kept me out of hospital and allowed me to continue training.
