Superb treatment - James and team provide outstanding sports injury support and have enabled me to continue to play rugby for far longer than I ever hoped to. In recent years, their Pilates and Circuit training offers have been fantastic way of keeping fit. I cannot recommend James and his staff highly enough.

The Prime Practice offers a wide range of treatments with top quality therapists. I have received treatment from them for years with fantastic results. I also attend their Pilates sessions which are fantastic especially because Hannah runs a specific pre and post baby class so gaining my strength back properly after having my baby has been so important. I have also worked alongside them when they are in school seeing the professionalism and care they give the students on the sports pitch as well as in rehab sessions and further treatments if needed. A seriously impressive set up with amazing therapists.
