Very rude staff member my wife asked for some trainers the one she had I her hand was size 5 which is what she wanted staff got on radio to ask for them then ignored us and was speaking to a female who had come into shop after us. Totally ignored us but we heard the radio reply we have size 4 or 5 1/2 waited to be told this by Male staff but nothing tried to say we have size 5 here so there must be another one to match but was ignored thanked him for being so unhelpful and left. Will never go in this shop again.

Really good stock inside and plenty of good sport options for good prices. Only problem I had here was in the junior section I was drawn to a pair of trainers for my daughter.the staff member said sorry they only go to a size 5 and directed me to more expensive trainers. Then I said the sticker inside the shoes say they go to a 6.5 to which his reply was they only stock 5s in the shop. So again I went back and a different colour pair of trainers above the original ones I spotted were size 6. I questioned the man again and he was like "that's weird, let me scan the ones you were looking at first" and low and behold they had a 6 in stock 🙄. If he scanned it to start with we could've avoided me turning into a Karen 🤣🤣 make sure tou go with your gut guys!

Chose 4 pairs of shoes and only able to purchase 1 pair as others not in stock. Mens size 10 must be common so might be an idea to stock more?? Will not return. Sorry

I got what I needed. Sale price always puts a smile on my face but that was down to the JD franchise. The staff were lacking customer service skills. No smiles n monotone voices. I went to sports direct after n u can still see their smiles through the masks. I wished I hadn't given JD my hard earned cash!!

The guy who helped me today, I didn’t catch his name but he said he has come from Ipswich store recently , was brilliant so helpful and knowledgable, a great representative of your company .

The staff is not so good. And i visit so many times but they are talking very rudely to me. I buy my Nike t-shirts and they say no to me for return.. Very bad staff.. I never buy things from there Colchester JD.. Never 😡

Cool looking shop but limited selection of trainers. No SB's, no Jordans, no Blazers... aside from AirForce 1's they were missing all the classics from Nike. Staff were helpful though though a little unenthusiastic.
