Fast service even that was a busy day

Went there on 23rd Feb 2022 to get shoes for my partner. They were the wrong size and I saw NB Oxford street had more options so I decided to go there on 25th Feb 2022 for an exchange or return. They scanned my receipt and to my surprise the system said that the item had been returned earlier. Well!!! The receipt was a reprint as well they said. By the way NB doesn't do email receipts. I went all the way to Wembley for this issue. The salesperson recognized me and luckily the store manager was around. He checked the CCTV because the item had been returned one hour after the purchase according to the system. Then he came out saying that I could get a refund as some other person had returned the same shoes with the same size on the same day one hour after my purchase and so there was some mistake. Like really??? The staff and manager were helpful and good but do they have any option. Never again at this store. I am a person who can go all the way to India to buy and return things for my partner but what about people who have a life hehehe

Good store, friendly staff, no gait analysis facility, decent prices, no wide options

Website indicates 9pm closing time. It’s in fact 8pm.
People didn’t even let us in at 7:50pm.

This is a good shop but a bit crowded many a times. Some good deals here if you can find the right sizes. That's the tough part here.

Exceptional & Professional Service received by Noor, even though it was past store opening times, I was really surprised I was not rushed one bit like other merchants when it’s time to close.

Sales not to miss. My wife wanted some new NB trainers so off we went on the hunt and here is where we ended up and spoilt for choice she was. Great selection and staff were ready and willing to help when ever required. Prices were affordable and as mentioned sales so bargains to be had and very glad we made the journey here. 5 star rating😊

The staff is super kind, we had a lot of fun because we were joking around with them while paying. Prices are great for the quality. I am very happy with all the clothes I got from there!
