Amazing customer service from the Ashford Outlet store. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say a special thanks to Harry Smith who was super enthusiastic, friendly and extremely helpful throughout. Harry informed me of all current store promotions and actively provided alternatives when items wern’t in stock.

Such a great experience, one member of staff really stood out - Josh who went above and beyond in his interaction with me. I felt extremely valued, he was upto date and fully aware of the product and offers in store. The service was so good i had to leave a review as well as speaking to the manager on the day as its not often that you come across someone like Josh that really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for an amazing experience

Good select of kids and adult shoes at a good discount

Decent place to pick up football boots depending on your luck. Some days they have really good discounted boots other days it's a bit meh. Medium sized store

No NHS discount is very demoralising for the NHS doctors and nurses who saved and took care of so many during this pandemic. When I heard about the no NHS discount, I put the product I was planning on buying back on the shelf. I take my business somewhere that appreciates NHS staff. Very disappointed.

Thank you to the tall young man who helped us this afternoon finding trainers to fit my husband . You were very helpful , patient & attentive as we had an issue finding something that would fit with the orthotic device my husband needs to wear .
