It's a good store and all but here's the story..
Upon entering the store, there was a foul smell of burnt frying oil. I thought it was just the smell so I carried on with my shop. Little did I know, the clothes I had brought were smelling the same as the shop, if not even worse of a burnt oil smell. After 3 washes the smell still hasn't gone away..

Served by a young lady . Possibly the most courteous service iv received in any shop .. keep up the good work young girl .you will go far

Great shop however hit and miss dud to the teenage staff members on their phones and kissing and giving you the evils for disturbing them!!

STAFF ARE RUDE!!... young girl on the till with purple hair stood there chewing gum didn't say a work I asked a question she just shook her head then a member of staff asked her something and she rolled her eyes, to be honest she isn't the only rude staff member there they all walk around with coats on look phones in hand chewing gum chatting to each other its a shambles in there clearly employing kids to pay a low wage and they can't even be arsed to be there! Half look like they need a good bath .... it's bad in here ill stick to redditch or merryhill JD 👍

I was there today there was very rude lad at the Till the worse customer service I ever had and if nothing going to be done with it I will take it futher

It's a designer store not as big as Kings heath and as no changing rooms as well.im well happy with my Purchase
