Is a huge store that can at sometimes be chaotic and so buzy that it is not worth the hassle to persevere.
However for its.locations the prices are.quite reasonable.
The staff is friendly but you need to make the first mouse as they don't come to ask you if f you need any help.

Yes it's a Sports Direct so expect low end stuff sold at a premium, not "on sale" as advertised. Try to compare prices on your mobile and strangely there's no reception. In Piccadilly Circus?? Step outside the door and it's full 4G. Funny that...

So the place is super cool and they have hundreds of cool sport items but when I bought a Liverpool kit and I left it in the shop for the printing they sold my shirt to another customer, but at least they gave me a refund. Cool place but don't print shirts

Firstly Lillywhites is now a Sport Direct store so readjust your expectations. However I'm writing this review specifically based on the outstanding customer service I received from Johnny in the Tennis department. I'm new to the sport and received an education on rackets on tennis shoes. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service which I have never experienced before at a Sports Direct store. I also needed running shoes and received great customer service from Ramzine (sp).

Lillywhites is one of Sport's Direct bigger, even flagship, stores - to best of my knowledge
Pros Sport's Direct carried is that it us probably one of best value, all under one roof, off the shelf branded sports shoes, kit and equipment. Standard brands in store - Nike, Adidas, Lonsdale, Under Armour, Puma and so on, all at (supposedly, T K Maxx style;) knock down prices.
Lillywhites itself holds particularly wide range over 4 full floors plus a mezzanine level and couple of add on's departments in flooors of their own (women's running and skiing from memory) in attic floor style.
Pretty much every conceivable sport and its respective kit I reckon can be found housed here, as well as sizeable luggage dept.
I was shopping for school shoes had very helpful assistant on level one, since level four - listed to be children's shoes - turned out to only cater up to size 6.5 ish; hence hit men's leisure shoes floor one.
One gripe I do hold against reasonably cheap Sport's Direct, is that they'll only ever offer credit notes rather than refunds - even if returned, as purchased, within couple of hours, along with item's receipt.
Invariably when I next visit store and have opportunity to use said credit note, I'll have left it behind or l Iost it.
Sport's Direct likely made a mint out of customers like me. One suggested solution is to take pic of credit note, hope you can refind it when time it's then needed comes : )

Store and stock itself is OK, but Till the staff member was incredible and really went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I with advice on trainers. Thanks Till.

Although now a sports direct, the guys on floor 5 specialising in racquets etc are great. Really friendly and really know their stuff which is absolutely crucial when you want to buy a racquet that suits you and your ability. Places like Wigmore sports have the range of racquets but seem to offer no knowledge or even basic customer service. Lillywhites is the one (for racquets at least) 👍🏼

Lovely looking shop, however came here for Rugby boots, only to find limited selection, and very limited range if sizes. Shame as the shop and staff are welcoming
