Good items at very reasonable prices. We always come here for new trainers but I am pleased to see they now stock wellies/country wear as well. Only reason it's not a 5* is the lack of air conditioning and very narrow aisles

Prices are good, but store itself lacks lot's of supplies. And you're being watched all the time, employees talk about you coming in, out, buying something or watching. I know it's security reason but it doesn't make it any better. Still best place to buy your underwear up to 75% cheaper.

If you wish to return a product you are unlikely to be treated well. We bought a pair of trainers a week ago and they were briefly worn around the house and uncomfortable. The manager argued they had been worn outside and refused a refund or credit note. Whilst in the shop we saw someone else buying shoes. The member of staff promised this customer the option of a refund if they were returned in the box. Sports Direct is promising customers one thing then doing the opposite.

Friendly staff. Good selection of clothing & shoes. Inflated prices to reflect huge savings!!!!! Bought my Karrimor hiking shoes for £35.00 saving 50% by all accounts. Sports Direct is the sportswear equivalent of Wetherspoons but I'm not complaining.

Another shop located on the high street, highly visible in the walk. They have a good range of products on sale on offer as well as having a last chance sale section for the products coming out of the season or sizes not as popular. Obviously they do not have same range as the online store. They have a good layout of the store, making it easier on locating the desired items as needed. Prices are on the expensive side as can get something of similar quality or better colours at a reasonable price online and still collect it from the same store. The lighting is a bit dark for my own liking but also understand why they might have do it that way.

I phoned up from Folkestone a long drive from this sports direct shop as I phoned asking whether they had a football shirt in stock and they said they had many of this type however when we had got there the the shirt was nowhere to be seen this caused a waste of time ,travelling to ashford sports direct to find out they appallingly lied over the phone. We were devastated that they had wasted just below an hour of our day as we needed a shirt soon for my son’s birthday and do not suggest others to go to this shop.

Ordered a coat. Was in stock as allowed me to click on the size. The sizes that aren't in stock are crossed through and don't allow you to click on it. So. They took the money and then sent me an email to say not in stock. I had the same happen to me with matalan. So £45 down until I get it refunded (also £45 down from matalan!) So £90 gone and no coat. Thanks then. Why they dont update the stock amount I dont know! Won't be ordering online again.
