Nice new store. Much better now it’s all on one floor. But the service is still rather slow. Plenty of staff but they seem to just walk about. Maybe get on a till?

You wait forever for staff to come to get your trainers, maybe 2 ppl working on the shop floor by the trainers area. They moved into this bigger unit but with less staff.

Also when you queue up to pay with 8 ppl in front of you another staff member opens up a till only to serve her work colleague and then closes the till. Shocking service. I thought shops put the customers 1st not friends or work colleagues..

This visit was yesterday, some of the staff look miserable and sad especially the guys. I guess most of the staff haven't got ppl skills or know how to talk to customers.

I only visited as I was out of town, I compared this jd store to another one and sports direct in my home town, the service is much better they don't make you wait 10/12 minutes and I was one of 4 other customers waiting.

Went in wanting a pair of trainers. I knew exactly what I wanted. Asked for my size, waited for over 40 minutes before any sight of them. Watched several other people waiting for trainers walk out. Disorganised mess. First time in this shop, won't be returning.

Always good here, lots of stock of trainers and sports gear for men, women, and children. Queues at the till were short as they had plenty of staff on the tills.

Git a good deal, so many staff on the floor, but tills lack staff, and at least 4 tills not being manned, even though there seemed to be a great deal of staff in the building.

Came to shop here a couple weeks ago and met a nice brown lad who gave us great customer service he apologised for the wait as we were waiting for about 15 mins and later on got everything done for us really fast, fantastic customer service he had this red string thing on his wrist we left extremely happy.

Visited many times, good selection of brands, I’ve never had any issues shopping here other than queuing to pay which can slow.

Nice place the staff are very helpful and friendly but be prepared to pay as some off the stuff is very Expensive
