JD Sports

I took a visit to the Southampton JD store today. I was with my little neice and nephew. Shopping with small children can sometimes be a little stressful but the store was very calm and the staff were all so helpful. A lady called Taylor in particular was very kind and attentive and made my overall experience very pleasant. Thankyou!

Great friendly staff in store - got me 10% off my son's hoody and shorts and ordered through a tablet and said delivery would be within a week. after a week of texts saying that "they were on their way" we rang customer service today to find out that the order was cancelled 30 seconds (!!!) after it was ordered online in the Southampton store. I have no clue as to what is going on with JD but that 's the second time I've ordered something online and then my order has been cancelled without ANY notification. Won't be shopping with them again.

Every time I visit I peep in JD sports. I Normally find very good items on sale on reasonable price. 👍

Went in Friday 22nd as I see some crocs I wanted online.female member on main shop floor went out digging in the stockroom found some sizes but not the 1s I fitted. She then tried to order them but couldn't so she rang another store found me a size 8 I went and got them and am so made up. Very very helpful and friendly wish I got her name 😊 very nice girl.

Came here on July 22 and I wasn’t impressed. Most of the items in the store didn’t have prices. You are forced to inquire about prices now and then like you are in some tuck-shop. The customer service was overwhelmingly poor. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Worst JD sports I have ever been to and wouldn’t never visit again or recommend

Greeted warmly at the door yesterday on a Monday morning was nice aha. Would like to see more eco options, less packaging etc.

Shop need to retrain there staff waited 20 mins for someone to check trainer size and when they coke back they had two other pairs and didn't even check for mine

Best sports shop in the city by far
