It's a good store, I haven't experienced any rude stuff like some of the other reviewers have had, so can't comment on that. You might find yourself sometimes in a queue tho to pay (waiting time would probably be around 2-4 mins).

Went in today to buy some Xmas presents. Looking through tracksuits, when a lady who works there ( in uniform) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I said "Yes, can you tell me if you have matching trousers to this tracksuit top" - she said "what" - again I said ( showing her the top ) "Do you have the matching trousers to this top"? - she says - "I don't understand". So I again say - " I am looking for the trousers that match this top" - she shakes her head - "Don't understand, go ask till".. and walks away... HONESTLY, if the staff cannot understand a customers question , especially one that is relevant to your stock AND one they instigated, what on earth are they doing there? 🤔

Appalling service. Can’t try shoes on as too busy, need to buy them to try them on.
Staff standing about doing nothing and the physical shoes in front of me - why bother going to stores if service isn’t part of it ?
The store manager should be retitled “sales prevention officer”

Very bad service. Want to try some jackets in fitting rooms. Been told that last customer in fitting room after that fitting rooms closing it was 4pm. Store works till 8pm. Left the store after this without shopings

Large range of sportswear, and equipment which they specialise in.
Also, have a few Coats and jackets.
The laid out is good easy to find things. The staff are helpful.
It's clean and tidy. Plenty of parking.

Very good offers and sales of quality goods. Professional service, people are kind, smiling, responsive and constantly ready to help customers.

I went in today and there was a lady behind the till on refunds I am shocked how rude she was had glasses on with orange hair wow I have never been spoken like that was so rude have not even experienced nothing like that like she was doing me a favour doing a refund she had a problem as soon as I walked in like jd need to fix up otherwise the staff in sports direct seem unbelievable polite

extremely poor customer service.I ordered shoes once and the order later was cancelled by itself..extremely dissatisfied will recommend not to shop from JD
