Disgusted by their false advertisement of spent £50 and get 10 gift card. Just spent 100 and was entitled to £20 pound of gift card back and because we had saved £25 every week over the year to buy kids /grandkids stuff from there and had there prepaid gift card they refused to honour that offer. We give our money to them to get a card to then tell us a loyal customer that we can't have the same offer as anyone else .. next year they have just lost custom we will shop else where

Very good choice of sports clothing aswell as foot wear.
We always look for holiday t shirt flipflop ect for holiday as buy two better price so eg I can a pair flipflop in size 6 and another inside 11 so very flexible

Had a problem with trainers. They exchanged them with no fuss even though I didn't have a receipt

Friendly (and some very enthusiastic) staff. Not as big as some othe Sports Direct, but fairly decent overall.

Went in to buy my wife some walking socks but for some unknown reason, they didn't have any women's walking socks. They do sell walking shoes for women. Plenty of men's walking socks though! Asked a shopping assistant who walked me over to where he thought they were only to be told they don't sell them any more. He had no idea why. Maybe SD think women don't go walking!
