Wanted a exchange on some clothes I brought for the grandkids for a different size was told come back after the 28th Dec I will now be asking for a refund and shopping elsewhere in future

Popular shop selling designer clothes and trainers. Unfortunately my boys don’t get any extra wear for the expense (£130) so I remain unconvinced the trainers are best value for money but it could just be my lads.

Went in to by a pair of trainers for my son asked for a size a tattooed lady spoke like miss trunchball to a member of staff ignoring me. The lad i spoke to said they dont have them in the size i wanted i asked could he get them in fir me he said no. I went on line whilst in store and they ad the size in and could deliver to store. Incompetent young staff.

Went in to buy 2 pairs of trainers for myself, I asked a member of staff to see if they had the right size and for me to try on, i waited 10mins and still no one came back to me. I then asked another member of staff and they never came back to me eithe. Plenty of staff, there loss at the end of the day.

The horrible staff ,I go to ask for a refund just 10 minutes ago and the staff was very rude they told me to come back end of the day because they haven't got any money, so I don't understand as a customer if I go to buy some stuff from JD can I go pay end of the day if I don't have any money ? They don't have any respect for the customer when they try to explain me they don't have any cash to refund me I told them as a customer this is not my problem and one guy say of Jesus I told him he don't have to speak in that way because this is not my problem they don't have cash . In the end I leave the shop very disappointed without refund so I have to go back end of the day .

My order was delayed so spoke to Mohammed at JD sport customer service and he was very helpful! Managed to sort it with a refund😊

Oh man lol, i walked in to this place on my lunch hour 2 days in a row.. I was serious bcuz my partners birthday really soon i needed help..
Both times i walked around but nobody helped, the young girls were at the back watchin the young guy flex his muscles.. Even he wasembarrassed whenjen saw me holding the 1 trainer for my partners birthday today in the air.. I bought the trainers at very expensive price because i could not get anywhere else and that is the only reason...
The service is really shocking.. 😕
The customer service is so sad now, it seems to be everywhere.

Plenty of staff but not helpful asked for shoe size and they walked off and never came back asked someone else they got them then walked off talking to each other ignored us we was there to buy 4 family members trainers but wouldn't give us time for 1 . Great selection poor service .
