Good choice of trainers in here, not such a great choice of sportswear in my opinion.

Poor customer service. I tried to give them a call because I think I left something in the store. However didn’t get a answer the whole day.

Reasonable stock. Not everything o wanted. Long queue and wait for security tags to be taken off.

On few items had problems taking off. One leaked and damaged item. The other damaged item when taking off too. One tag took 15 minutes and a tool box to remove but staff persevered.

Not much staff on floor but one assistant very helpful. Till staff trying best to be efficient but till and security tag issues.

Good parking and large store so visit again.

Went into JD sports in Hayes to buy a pair of plain black trainers for my job as an NHS support worker. Shop extremely busy but staff polite and helpful in finding the kind of trainers I wanted. However, when I got to the till, staff refused to accept my blue light card for an NHS discount, saying the card can only be used online. When I pointed out that the blue light website says it can be used for in-store purchases, the cashier replied that the till "would not accept" my blue light card. So I went to Sports Direct a few doors away, where not only did I find a cheaper pair of trainers, but they also accepted my blue light card and gave me a discount. So all in all, I was disappointed with my experience at JD Sports.
