Small shop and less selection of items. Awful customer service. Discriminated shoppers who want exchange or refund after Christmas. Exchange or refund at Christmas just after specific date because they are too busy to working with kind of problems. Note about this issue on bottom of receipt. Cashier isn't warning about this issue, only said refund or exchange till 6th January.
Not recommended to use.

It's the best place to get a good pair of trainers/sneakers on Norfolk imo BUT like.other JD stores I go in the staff come across rude, don't really chat and seem interested when I'm doing 1 or 2 hundred quid every month here.

What a treat! If you like footwear, wow. Huge huge selection to choose from. Yes you can buy online, but nothing really beats the experience of actually touching and seeing the shoes in real life. I'm so glad I regularly visit shops, because although I can buy online and get purchases delivered relatively painlessly, sometimes after I have been to the shop and seen the shoes or clothing in real life, I was able to see, they were not what I wanted and was able to purchase something different.
Certainly saved a disappointing experience and me having to deal with the drama of returning something.

Not the best jd I have been to but also not the worst staff looked a lot less interested than some stuff like your a inconvenience to there little chat you interrupt by waiting to pay and stock and choice of stock was less than bigger stores iv been into up north

In store selection isn't great, more focused on shoes than clothes, and so many item sizes missing, which with a very limited selection, really reduces options, feel this needs to be looked, as well as the poor merchandising, having matching bottoms and tops not actually next to each other.

But if you want shoes, it's better, but not massively, a lot of wasted space and limited selection.

If possible, shop online, you won't regret it.

The staff try their hardest, but look to have limited training, or are new, so it isn't their fault they appear to struggle and be slow, bar one member who seemed really good, hopefully the rest of them eventually get training to standard.

Not a great selection of clothes. Really busy and loud. Just wanted to get out asap
