Staff advised they buy all the good stock and re sell for a profit and do not allowing the public to buy. Lie to customers that they don't have stock also. Your best bet is to go FOOTLOCKER... staff can only buy 1 pair. What a joke

Really poor stock in store due to staff being allowed to purchase all new in demand trainers for themselves.

Was told this by a member of staff at Romford Branch.

A few of us went shopping and picked out a couple things to try on. Whilst in the changing rooms we heard the staff mentioning that people were coming in for interviews, their exact words were “oh another white one coming in for an interview again”. This is not acceptable, we decided not to try on anything else or buy the items and walked out the store. We will never go back to that store again and will be telling others the same! It doesn’t matter what colour/ ethnicity you are we are all human!

Mainly Manged by some young men. Most of them are rude and do not pay much attention for male customers.
