Huge selection of footwear and clothing, prices are very good, it is usually busy when I've been in, and that usually means the few staff they have are stretched thin, unfortunately this leads too very very poor customer service verging on rude or very inexperienced staff, so go if you know what it is you want, if you need help I would suggest you go elsewhere

Order placed online 4 weeks ago. It supposed to be with us 7th of september. The night before that I recived email, that my order now will be delivered 25th September. I tried to call-no respond. I canceled the order by email- no respond eighter. Finally I decided to go ask for help in the store.
One person managed to help me. She canceled the order and I bought everything in the store.
Online or telephone service doesn't exist there.

Why bother - order with Amazon for cheaper products and better service! Ordered some cycling shoes and cleats online but the package arrived damaged with half of the cleats and attachments missing. Returned for refund but still had to pay the £8 for delivery in the first place and they wouldn’t refund the £3.20 return postage. So the refund does t even cover the total cost of postage!!! Customer services weren’t particularly helpful and you have to wonder why anyone would buy through them. I certainly won’t be in future, ever again. Useless. Will be the next Debenhams....

Pluses were my other half found shoes he liked at decent prices. Minuses: waited ages twice to get shoes to try on, one of the pairs online said they didn't do the size in store

I love sports direct, always reasonable priced but good quality. Just bought golf shoes, fit a treat and comfortable and half the recommended price BARGAIN

Wow the store was really busy. I needed a pair of shoes and liked the look of the Kangol range I looked at online but in store I couldn't find them. I stopped an assistant who was really busy but he directed me to the Kangol stand he found me a pair of size 10's so I tried them on but I didn't like the style and as he passed by he asked me how I was getting on I explained what I wanted and he found me the exact ones in a 10.5 and they fitted perfectly. The lads name was Tone maybe short for Tony I was so pleased with how I was treated I decided to buy a pair of trainers as well. May I add the young lady on the till was also polite and helpful. SportsDirect and Evri Scammed Me!!

I ordered some Nike shoes. Evri delivered the outer packaging mushed into my mail box and called it delivered. Neither SportsDircet or Evri is sorting this and keeps rejecting my claim as there is proof of delivery.
Yes there is proof that delivery was attempted but the actual shoe box is missing and already was missing when delivery driver took a picture, which means the driver has taken the parcel.
Honestly so disappointed with both companies, Ive shown proof that it is missing and the actual box was never delivered.
They have quite literally stolen from me and is doing nothing about it.
