Rudest and most unprofessional staff!!! Including the bloody store manager. I went at the till, there was a mixed race lady who knew I was waiting BUT TOTALLY BLANKED ME as If I was invisible! She started to do paperwork and turnt her back on me! The second thing was the STORE MANAGER. So rude and disrespectful! I asked him who will be at the till and he replies in a annoyed, fusrated and cunnimg way “One minute!”

Absolutely shambles! If anyone cares for their sepf respect do not go to this branch!

Big up Naomi & Reece for theyre amazing customer service. Naomi gave me a warm welcome & everytime i come into this store shes happy & that is very important. Shes very efficient in her work and i came in for a trainer cleaner & Reece explained how it worked and 100% thank you. I have just cleaned my white nylon trainers which has grease stains and black marks its done its job. I paid £14.00 for The Ultimate Sneaker Cleaner its well worth the money as this is magic for me forget vanish. This CREP CURE is a great product amd i shapl be back for more. But thanks team tooting. I just would like to say a few of the staff members need to cheer up and welcome customers theres an english girl pony tail and another english lad they look grumpy. Two mixed race lads when i came in was on point and very cheerful so thank you for that energy. Great big thanks to Reece and Naomi though.

The employee Jamie who works there is soo friendly and because of his friendliness I ended buying something. He deserves a promotion or at least a payrise 💯

I had no idea what I was looking for but the staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt quite comfortable trying on things that I might otherwise be self-conscious about. Thank you!

Worst JD I have been in, and agree with other reviewers, the failing is not the products its the staff and the manager.

Got some trainers that are faulty after I'd wore them literally for a few hours, took them back with recipet and box and the manager refused to exchange them or give me refund.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The costumer service gets really bad when there's may customers because there is only 2 workers so you have to wait for a long time so I don't recommended it in busy days.
Overall I really liked it but they have to improve the costumer service in busy days.
