Sports Direct

Purchased 2 Slazenger tracks suits all items started to bubble after one dry clean, I also purchased some value socks again started to bubble after one wash.

I refuse to purchase anything from sports direct again cheap rubbish or over priced old stock!!!

We had an amazing customer service experience. The store manager Farhan was absolutely amazing, polite, kind and extremely helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this store. A huge Thank you from all of us.

I will not waste my time there again. They wouldn't measure my son's feet for shoes. They said guess and they will bring all the shoes closest to our guess. I requested shoes - there was so upsell or suggestions. He just wandered off and when I became impatient and went to look for someone else helpful, he returned with several boxes. I may as well have taken my son in the back warehouse myself.

I visited this store on o4/04/2022, I needed to get a bigger size of shorts, the lady on the till refused, I came to the entrance to ask for a manager, there was a Eastern European lady, she was on the phone, she didn't acknowledge my presence for a while, when I asked her to point me towards a manager, she said she is the manger, and she wouldn't allow the exchange, she was rude arrogant, abrupt and had no manners, I felt she was racist towards me, I asked her name and designation, she wouldn't identify herself and threatened to call security to throw me out of the store, if I don't leave the store voluntarily.

I will suggest don't bother to visit this place and save the hassle.

This is the worst service I ever had from a retail store.

This lady shouldn't be allowed to do a public facing role and she has no manners.

Large enough sports store for pretty much every sport type. However, for some type a bit more selection than others, understandably. The selection, sizes may be limited in time but there is good range of brands. It is nearby so I usually go there to check if I can find what I am looking for. The number of staff could be more for that size of a store but at least they always do try to help out. I have so far almost always found what I was looking for.

This store amongst many others are critically short staffed. I spent a good 5 minutes walking round the store looking staff to only see 1 when I arrived mand after eventually finding swim shorts for myself and trued a couple on when I came out I found 1 other staff member serving other customers at the till.

I'd happily go shop elsewhere and pay more where I know there will be staff member to help if need be.

We bought a pair of Puma shoes from this store and we realized that product was faulty after 2 months as the fabric was tearing around the leather parts. We took it to the store and they asked us to send it to the center for investigation which we paid the cargo cost and they responded that nothing is wrong and sent the product back although everything was clear that it was a faulty product. It’s been only 9 months since we bought the product and although we rarely used it , it now has holes on it and Sports Direct team rejected to deal with it on Resolver portal. It’s not about the money really but how can a company not be behind its products it’s selling and leave the customers alone this much, unbelieavable! I will never buy anything from Sports Direct again..
