mygrilfriend and I went to this branch (which is located on oldkent road) to change my classic reebook shoes because of stiches came out on my shoes. I have used it just 18days. We explained to the branch manager exactly what happened to the shoes. In the beginning he didn’t accept that the problem is not about manufacturing (maybe he was right) but finally he accepted to change with new classic reebok. He was so kind and friendly also was understanding. Thank you so much. It’s my favourite branch. Also we bought all our sports accessories from this branch...

The guy I bought my shoes from was lovely & helpful. But when I tried to return them I was refused an exchange / credit because they insisted I had wore the shoes outside.

I had only worn them inside and there was a tiny bit of dust on the tread. I feel like I've been scammed. Won't be shopping here again.

Also terrible that they full stop do not offer a refund if you buy instore. Only exchange or credit, both of which I was refused anyway.

The staff are really kind and helpful. That's the reason I come here more than other. competitors.

Varies brands and excellent quality products; so if you are looking for spending less then this will be the right place for you.

The east African lady cashier processing an exchange was rude, impolite and sour. Seems not to have customer service skills at all. She just asked for receipts without eye contact and grabbing and dropping items over the desk. Was like were not customers but just doing a job she does not enjoy.
I will prefer to visit other Sport Direct Stores in the future.

Good range of items but staff could be more friendly! A little smile goes a long way.

What a difference it makes having good staff in your shops!!!! I was served by a very nice girl who brought all the sizes I needed. She was friendly and willing to help. Huge difference to your shop on Walworth road.

Worst customer service ever. I have been going for two days in a row looking for some comfy black shows for work and I couldn’t find any size 8 . I must have checked with 5 different pair of shoes I have also tried to go a bit up and a bit down with the size. There was one pair I really liked so I asked if or when were they going to get it back the answer was: ‘I don’t know!’ - very helpful … to be honest the staff member looked really annoyed to see me for the second time… I guess online shopping is the new way…..
