Sports Direct

Only 2 staff available to manage the shoe dept. It took over 10 minutes for someone to check if my size was available as the previous staff member was distracted by other customers.

I received very bad customer service in Sports Direct's Shops so I decided to buy online. However they are scamming people. I sent back trainers that were faulty 6 weeks ago and still they have not refunded me. When I checked Sports Direct reviews on Trust Pilot so many people have been scammed by asking to send their faulty products back and then they just say it got "lost in transit" and they do not issue a refund. I can see that even in their stores they are providing very poor customer service by reading the google reviews.

I would advise all people to shop elsewhere. Customers drive the profits of the company not the owners. The staff in the Enfield Retail Park shop are also the same very rude and once I asked for my size 11 in 6 different trainers and they just didn't even check and said "out of stock". I am posting my webchat with Sports Direct customer services so people can see how they are scamming people and shop elsewhere to avoid being scammed like me.

I decided to visit the Wood Green branch instead of my local today but I will never step foot in there again. After seeing people leave the store without any hassle, the security guard decides to stop me and my baby who was in the pushchair, to provide proof of purchase. He didn’t even look at the products I bought, which leaves me to query his reason for stopping me. This was a very embarrassing experience!

Bought something from this store for the first time and the african lady serving me kept staring at my items and each time I took it to dressing room and each time I took it out as if I’m stealing the items. Felt very uncomfortable and it’s unprofessional

We thank "Enock" for everything! He was very helpful and welcoming to us! But i won't be able to say the same thing for others. They were like they hate customers

Emmanuel at the Wood Green branch was really patient with me and actually gave me an opinion when comparing shoes. He even offered up suggestions for a better fitting shoe. Great service !

Discusting customer service. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. i was stopped by the exit by black racist security who started asking me for receipt. I have not activated barriers or buy a carrier bag. After showing him receipt he let me go. Are you guys question every customer like that?

The products are great and good quality. They are really up to date with all of the new shoes. The only problem is the price, but that’s just a me problem. I recommend this shop.
