JD Sports

This store is busy for 3 reasons .. Affordability, Quality and Great customer service. Everything in there is worth buying and are at very affordable prices also the team are extra nice and friendly also very respectful. Although it was busy I was served quite fast due to the way their system is. Now that is the type of stores that anyone would be happy to work in or receive services from.

The wait time at the till is a joke! So many staff wandering around and always just one at the till! They also all look like they are hating there job! Not a smile around!

I went here to buy a new pair of trainers and got a little bit confused as I normally hate shoe shopping so hadn't done it in years - I didn't catch his name but the guy who served me was really patient, helpful and friendly and I was able to find some trainers that fitted what I was looking for for a good price. My experience today improved my opinion of JD Sports and I'll definitely come back next time I need something sport related!

Came in for two pairs of trainers for collection that I paid for online .The staff weren’t rude but tried to give me one pair I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find the other pair !originally was told they would refund me and to buy them again but I got them offer …think I’ll go Size from now on …

Rude staff unwilling to help or offer solutions to problems and security kiss their teeth at you.
Avoid this store.

The manager is a very rude and unhelpful individual couldn't manage at all waited 40mins for a parcel as she was being very awkward
