Disgrace of a service. A shop manager who I would recommend to fire! Will avoid to get there in any cost!

Giving one star because there is not an option to give zero. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Store closed at 5pm and at 4:40 asked to try on some trainers and the lady working there (shift on Sunday the 12th of June) said ‘No you can’t try any on, I have a life outside of here’. She should absolutely not be working in customer service. The store just lost at least £150 worth of sales (as we had clothes we were buying too). Will never be back and I am making sure no one I know goes there either. Horrendous.

The lady who said is the manager is rude and there is literally zero customer service in this store. I have been shopping there for the past 10 years but no more. Better spend my money at JD sports next door.

Managers can’t be rude to customers and cause scenes to embarrass people. I hope she finds something else to do with her life because she obviously hates her job and Sports direct.

Very rude customer service and manager same be aware when you buy something frome this just this shop they don't accept returns item just give you credit.no returns no return rubbish policy.

Many people working there and no one willing to help. Assistant manager busy arguing with a customer, other staff members busy chatting. They ask you to ask the next member of staff.Left without buying anything as I could not find anyone to help me

The customer service in this store is atrocious. Loads of employees just standing around doing nothing while only one guy works on the till and there is a massive queue. They also have no idea how to process returns from online. Join the 21st century! Somehow the store is always like a sauna too, which just makes standing in line for 20 minutes even worse.

This shop is really big,it has every thing and a variety of all sports and active wear for the family,I would definitely recommend.

I have been shopping there for years but of late the customer service is horrendous full stop. I don't normally do this but I am just coming back from the shop this evening 25/11/22 at 18:01 PM. The staff was so rude and dissatisfied with the job, she even went to the extent telling me she has handed in her resignation letter and leaving in two weeks. That's got nothing to do with me all I need is a better customer service end of story.
