Dodgy floor staff, will never recommend for an online order collection from there, went to pick up my stuff, one mixed race girl checked n went to bring my stuff, she took almost 20 mins, i asked for another girl on floor chinese like she went n came back to me n told your stuff is not on the system. I asked about the first girl it was on her system n where is her now, i shown her collection sms as well. I expalained it was coming on the first girl system. After a while the first girl came aswel and asked her it was coming in your sytem and why not on hers and you didnt come back to me to tell that n i had to sent the other girl to look for you. She didnt reply me i was not talikng with her, totally ignore, then saw a black guy n asked for my stuff n explained to him without checking my collection code he came back n gave my stuff. N then sorry this n that. Before going i asked the first girl who went to check my stuff but she was like deaf, didnt listen me didnt even say a word, totally ignored me. These people on job doing something dodgy over there, totally non professional service.

Was on the phone to the catford branch, well tried calling over 3 times, for a query to be answered.
Ended up calling Lewisham. Within 1 full ring. I was Greeted by a lady called “Denisha”
I praised her right away for her customer service as it was perfect. She put me at ease…
She helped me as much as I needed, referred me to the customer service, which I called.That lady was not as helpful as “Denisha”

Great knowledge of the products, helped me way more than she needed. And steered me into my following options.

Perhaps the staff were having a bad day. My experience was one that should not be repeated.I persevered and eventually left with what I wanted, shame they wouldn't discount my purchase considering I had the shoe off the shop floor and and an odd box and paid a heavy price.The staff were all very young and polite so I'm sure with time comes experience.
I won't be going back.

The floor staff here would have to be the rudest, most useless people I have ever come across in a store. After asking to try on some shoes, I was met with a filthy look and a grunt? He then walked off and proceeded to stuff around with another worker. After the manager asked them to serve the customers that were waiting around (inc. myself) he then rolls his eyes and says to another worker "someone get this freaky Aussie her shoes" in front of my face? I walked out after that and went to footlocker - which is where I would recommend anyone else to go, as the service is way better and the workers actually have more than half a brain.

Just went in to confirm that a gift card was still valid. All good.

Good range of trainers at all price levels. Plenty of friendly helpful staff available
