store does not even deserve 1 star. The staff and even the manager in the store are extremely rude and have no patience for customers. I tried to return a product only an hour after purchasing it and they not only denied it but they were very rude about it. I understand it's there policy but they are basically forcing you against your will to purchase in there store and I find this a denial of basic human rights. The situation could have been handled much better. I would advise you to stay away from this store.

Went today, Sunday 9th October. All the staff great except ignorant cow upstairs. I had to ask for help three times before she acknowledged me, then rolled her eyes, and radioed someone else to help. Clearly someone actually buying something was not important to her. She was short, blonde, angry and looked like an ogre

My husband wanted to try on some walking shoes and asked the assistant (I think his name is Aiden or Hayden) He was there Sunday 11 Dec. He was so helpful and really friendly too and took the time to ask whether my husband was going walking and then chatted to us while my husband was trying the shoes on. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so nice to meet someone so friendly. What a lovely young man and a credit to Sports Direct.

Bought Adidas football boots online, ordered a size bigger than needed but my 15yr old could only get his foot in half way, then he found what looks like blood stains inside one of them, sd asked me to leave a review but then sent me an email saying my review didn't pass there moderator, tells you all you need to know about this cowboy company.

The assistant was exultant. Her help was invaluable my son is a size 14 and she suggest different shoes styles, materials etc all in a size 14 he's never had so much choice so thank you so much

Got everything that I wanted for my sons Xmas present. It was a clean and tidy shop. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
