A wide range of items available, from jumpers, jackets, sports socks, winter boots, thermal gloves, yoga mat to sports equipment. You will be able to find what you need at Sports Direct. However, it is pretty understaffed. When thinking about what items to buy or to understand what’s best for you, there is usually no staff to help you. Even if they help, some of them have limited knowledge about the products. If you try to return items for refund, you only get a paper credit note.

Yesterday I was looking for sneakers for the child in this store 15 minutes I can not find an assistant on the second floor for shoes.I went to the cashier to ask if there was anyone to help me choose?An assistant arrived who was very angry and told me to wait.After another 15 minutes another one arrived who was even angrier than the first and told me to find the right number of sneakers on the shelf. There are three floors of shelves where should I look for them?With this answer, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service in this store. I don't think I will go there again because of the very bad attitude of the service staff.

Not even sure they deserve 1 star to be honest. Very poor customer service. Wanted printing on a football shirt bought from another Sports direct which we were told they could do. After waiting 1 hour in store and were then told they did not have anyone in store to do it. Went on to purchase same shirt online from Sports direct. Tried to return shirt and were told we could not have a refund. So in these difficult times have now spent twice the money for one shirt. What a con.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Staffs in here thinks they are giving products free from their home. Arrogant behaviour and poor response when ever we ask help. Any authority figure reading this, Please make sure the staffs get trained before making them deal with the customers.

The worst customer service. Staff doing anything but helping customers. Manager at front was completely disinterested. Your job is literally to sell the rubbish in your shop...just do that. Duh.

We were really pleased with our sale priced trainers. When we got to checkout we were served by Arran. What a helpful, polite young man he was. We left with a smile on our faces 🙂

I watched several students and myself as a teacher turned away refused our respective discounts which were only 10% in store open until Jan 2023 for me that was £20 saved but they were blint and blamed head office ..you cannot advertise accepting discounts to support the community and then do the opposite

Very angry staff and they are very short staffed which is ridiculous for a city centre shop. They need to get recruiting
