Boxing day!!! Only 2 tills no staff. Said the biggest sale yet no reduction on most of the trainers. Manager not bothered or attempted to look at ways of reducing queuing time. Spent 1 hour queuing. Avoid during busy times of year

Blonde girl straight up ignored me and continued talking to other colleagues behind till, other girl in orange hoodie who I assume is a supervisor her demeanour was totally off, rude and nasty attitude I actually thought I’d done something to upset her. Shop floor looks like a youth club gone wrong, sort it out please.

The stock is very low and there wasn't much choice for womans trainers (my daughters birthday). All the staff seemed friendly but there were several of them chatting while lots of people waited for shoes and to be served, took to long to be dealt with giving the small amount of people in the shop.

We were looking for trainers for my niece. I wasn't very impressed when I heard some members of staff swearing, that is not acceptable in a shop.

I normally go to sports direct, but they never had what I needed, so I went into JD sports, I was surprised to see that they had what I needed, and it was cheaper than I expected to pay, so I had a quick look around, and they've got some good gear in there.

The cashier was constantly hitting on this girl in-fronting me rather than doing his job. He was very persistent with questioning her and despite her ignoring him and stating she has a significant other and clearly wanted nothing to do with him he continued. May I add she is younger than him and this is concerning. JD FIX YOUR STAFF

I went to Worcester branch to purchase a pair of Mike trainers(£110). Unfortunately they were stained and it was the last pair. Was told that Redditch branch had a pair. I phoned the Redditch branch and spoke to Liam who said he was the manager. I told him the exact pair and size I wanted and he said he would reserve them behind the counter. Straight away I drove 45mins to collect them. When we got there they had reserved the wrong pair. Another member of staff said they had sold the last pair I wanted. Had a look around and found the correct pair. The staff were extremely rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend JD Sports. Horrible experience. Area manager needs to get in there fast and make changes to staff. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
