Not the biggest JD Sports around but they pretty much cover a majority of selections for everyone.
This was a first ever little tracksuit purchase so it'll be forever remembered as it's my daughter's first birthday money tracksuit purchase as they finally fit her.
But most stuff online you will most likely find it here however more specific things you might need to visit a bigger branch but overall nice staff easy access and efficient work ethic in house.

Poor customer service. Went in the store staff were just joking around and being loud.
Went to buy some trainers and the person thats suppose to be helping me couldn't even give me any advice on the actual shoe or product, just wanted me to buy them or go away.
Eventually bought few things and at the counter the team leader or manger who was serving me was just chatting with the other colleague about her mate male friend doing time in jail. Like you've got a whole customer infront of you and you lot are just gossiping about your life??

Great experience in store. 3 ladies in particular really engaged with me helping me find the right option in a very friendly and informative manner Rita, Michaela and Famara were amazing and I will be returning to that particular store for future purchases .

Had the most amazing experience with sales assistant Faiza at the Tottenham Hale branch not only did she give outstanding service but she went out of her way to secure an online order for my sons birthday. She is a true asset to your store and for that reason I will return again and again. Thank you Faiza for making me and my sons day special 😁

Would not allow me to exchange shoes for a smaller size. I tried them on once at home and realised they were too big, but when I went to return it they said they couldn't put them back on the shelf. That it was "store policy". Never mind the fact that people try the shoes on in-store too, so obviously there will be evidence from previous wears.

Won't be returning.

They won't accept returns bought from their website/app useless

Just bought fila shoes yesterday, I didnt have the chance to open the box because I had to go work, so the box was in my car. When I went home at 1am I just open the box to see how it was. It wasn't in a good condition the bottoms were dirty and there were scratches. I just bought in to tell them the lady served me yesterday said to me "you worn them" which I havent, so she can't do anything about it. I can't even give the shoes back as I haven't even worn them and they blame it on me. Don't go to this jd not a good place to be.

the worse experience ive ever had in my whole life every single worker in this place doesnt have a clue about what to do, noone that works there wants to eve be there. none of them were interested in helping me . They gave me a shoe that had been worn with hair inside . Terrible experience. Waited almost 40 min. waste of money and effort. those workers need to be sacked!
