Ok, let's share :I,customer, want to purchase a pair of 50 pounds snickers. Guess what '?No nr no colour, all assistants laughing. Do you have a manager?I bought for the same price a better pair of snickers and I enjoyed spending 50 pounds on it.

A good shop although not a lot of choice in shoes, more for clothes. Okay service, one lady was helpful everyone else otherwise weren't bothered.

Very good! A lot of clothes! The only thing they need to work in is putting matching clothes together.

Very poor customer service, very resist today I had a very bad experience in the store employees are like street fighters

Why the shop have a fitting room if they don’t Let the people to try clothes and always said NO ? And when they Let you in to try you can’t take more then 2 things .. if you go alone and you want to try more clothes , you have to put again your clothes , go back .. again and again …

You know it's the Customer service and their attitude that needs sorting out especially the woman at till point, the one with the curly hair and glasses who expressed her annoyance because someone needed your service, and it's no surprise that another reviewer has mentioned her attitude. The whole energy and vibe at that place felt so negative that I decided to spend my money at another sport shop. I don't know what answers they gave in their about customer service but advice would be for them to really understand about building customer relationship and the brand that they represent. I understand it's Christmas and it's the busiest season of the year, but honestly, sort out the attitude. Never setting foot in this place again. This is a shop not college.
