What a waste of time.
After eventually finding a member of staff I asked for advice about footwear. I felt the staff member didn't want to be there and give the miminum amount and walked off. When I found a pair I liked I couldn't find any staff at all for help.
I walked out in the end.
Very poor service.

Not impressed, asked 1 of the workers (blonde woman) if she could get a pair of trainers, she scanned the bar code several times and left us standing about waiting over 20 mins... I asked her if she had them... her response was... 'oh you wanted them?'..... well yes? Awful service!

Second visit with couple of weeks, customer service shocking to say the least. Must be part of interview to have no listening skills from tills to management 🤔

Not sure if the staff here are doing community service as they clearly don’t know how to deal with public. Natalie Jones and her ginger bearded bald minion are the saddest excuse for “management” I have ever seen.

I don’t think customer service is the job for the young blonde girl working on the shoe section. She couldn’t have been more unhelpful if she tried and was very rude. She kept walking off when looking at shoes so we had to keep going back to the till to radio for her back. After choosing the shoes she came out from the back with the box and threw the shoe from display in the box without asking if we were okay with that and walked off again. I went to find her and asked for a discount off the shoes seeming as they had been on the shelf for godknows how long with lots of people trying the shoe on and she very rudely replied back with ‘we don’t do discount’ and carried out talking to her colleagues.

It's great, sells everything we have ever needed almost. Didn't sell feather shuttlecocks but no biggy bought two tins of plastic shuttlecocks for £9 and they are fine. £9 for two tins. Can get busy, can be a significant wait to get floor staff help with trainers, but that is because they are busy and a bit of our patience and tolerance for that is required as they do their best and are very helpful.

Went there around 12noon. Was not busy. Was able to use lift. Had the football shirt I wanted. And was well stocked with all sports items. Had hand sanitizer at door. X

Not much range of swimming costumes in my size and they don't sell centre line snorkels but I have to say the member if staff who helped us was great. Nothing was too much trouble even though she had to go up & down the ladder a few times. Good customer care makes all the difference and if it hadn't been for your helpful assistant you would be getting a 4 not a 5.
