Huge variety of shoes. I works in care and do 12 hour shifts, PAUL helped me to find the best shoes in the shop. I really appreciate that. The store was really busy and he managed all customers really well. I would like to thank him.

A good place to buy reasonably priced football boots. Customer service, on the other hand is appalling. We've been there to buy boots shortly after the store opens in the morning, during peak times and a couple of hours before it's due to close. There appears to be lack of staff. We stand around waiting and looking for help and in the meantime the parking duration on the car is ticking. In all the years that we have been visiting this store, I have never seen an assistant readily and waiting to help.

PLEASE EMPLOY MORE STAFF.

Where do I start...
I tried to purchase 2 Adidas baseball caps, 1 red and 1 grey on the sport direct app... And once I filled out the sign up requirements, I kept getting registration error!!! Since this issue which has been going on for about a month, I have yet still not been able to pay for these 2 items. As I thought it was a fault on there Web site... So I went into the shop, and saw that they don't have red or grey, and decided to ask a member of staff, they told me its only on there app, that I can purchase these 2 colours... So I explained and showed them, the situation that I had... And I really did not get anywhere... I asked if they could contact head office, and there response was a negative one!!! Unable to contact head office,... So what options do I have??? Well I decided to try another sports direct shop, and ring there number... Only for no one to answer, and then the line goes dead... So for this company, I give it 1 star... If I could go lower, I would...

Paul that works on the shoes is amazing! Been in several times to get shoes for my kids and he is so helpful and goes out of his way to make recommendations. Working with the public can't be easy but he never seems to be stressed even with several people waiting please get him into management or give him a pay rise! lovely chap.

Been always going in to check their sale items,quality of goods are better than other stores. The Staff in Crawley are helpful

Such a pleasure to shop at Crawley Sports Direct. The staff are helpful, pleasant and cheerful, unlike Horsham where the staff, (when you can find one), are quite the opposite.

There where no staff, one man who was very helpful was servicing us and 2 other people and trying to put stock out. There where 2 other members of staff down stairs. Good shop lots of stuff for sale but no staff.
