It is what it is. Staff always very friendly which is a bonus, stock wise I'd like to see a bit more variety not just Nike, Adidas and The North Face. The odd puma things are stocked but not much. Prices are a bit on the steep side for big brands considering you can purchase the same items on those brands sites and often with a discount code. I do like the idea of having T-Shirts on offer like 2 or 3 for x amount. Bar that its just another place that caters for the younger market.

Visited today, 17:30 so shop was fairly quiet. Very Attentive guy in shoe department when asking for my size in trainers, got some bargain sale trainers and sliders, very pleased with purchases 👍🏻

End up spending a fortune but good quality clothes & trainers.
Not loads to choose from womens & girl section tho

Staff went above and beyond for me. The item I wanted was the only one left in store and had a faulty tag on it which wouldn’t come off the man spent a good 10 minutes getting it off and succeeded! The other staff were helpful too bunch of legends if you ask me!!

Staff on this evening were awfully rude! A young girl, older woman and a man.

Absolutely atrocious customer service from the so called store "manager"
Son returned trainers with box and receipt, worn once, stichting had come apart.
We were told , rudely that they would have be sent for inspection which is clearly contradictory to consumer law but they did not care.
Called JD Customer service who were extremely helpful and suggested we pop into JD Grimsby, which is close to us and we had absolutely no problem, staff were helpful and processed the refund immediately.

JD Lincoln should be ashamed, poorly trained staff which is no surprise with such shoddy management.

Expensive and can't find right size for my teenage. Difficult bay online from JD sports because always coming different size. But at this shop mostly staff so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much
