Sports Direct

A disgrace. Lack of knowledge of consumer law regarding refunds/exchanges, and above all a lack of any sense and approach to solving a really simple issue. ZERO assistance from so called customer service, as we made the fatal mistake of actually buying from a retail store. With 2 enthusiastic kids who both enjoy a variety of sports, this store had been a regular visit for us. It will be a long time until I return to buy anything, if ever...

Called in for workwear trousers found staff miserable, miserable, and even more miserable with extremely poor customer service skills infact none. No product knowledge. Overcharged at the till, very hostile and rude when challenged. The music being played on all sales floors was psychotic and did nothing to create a good customer shopping experience. Will not be returning ever. Don't know why they bother to open as customers clearly are a burden to the staff. I could not wait to leave. Don't deserve to be in business with such an attitude. Who trains and supervisors these people. I don't expect to receive a response from Sports Direct.

Rude and indifferent stuff.
Ridiculous, but you can't return item (even you return it because of their rubbish quality) on a shop floor, if you ordered it online. Welcome to stone age.
I'll never again order anything from this full of poor quality products shop.

Never had a good experience trying to get my children trainers from there. Thought I'd give them one last go. No staff around to help I had to find one, sizes coming up in stock but the staff couldn't find them, then caught the staff member rolling her eyes at my mum as she turned away. Disgusting behaviour and won't be visiting again!

Very poor service at the Leicester store. Not interested in exchanging a product bought just minutes earlier. Manager even less help than the lady serving.
Music played with swearing whilst with my kids in the kids area. They even commented to me about the swearing. Avoid this store at all costs.

Arrived at the store looking for walking shoes, upon asking a female member of staff for directions to the correct area of store l was met with a can't be bothered attitude and rudeness, staff in this store should wear a placard saying "please don't bother me". I won't bother shopping here again- disgusting!

I think the teenagers who work here should be taught some sales skills though. Thats not on them, that's on the management. Give your people homework to watch a 20 minute sales tutorial. Will allow them to practice an invaluable skill that will help them in any situation... sales is infinitely transferable. Will help you with such diverse things as dating and bluffing to police.

Been there few times. The female staff are not polite. They aren’t helpful. I would give them Zero stars if I had the chance.
