Very disappointed, bought today tracksuit for my child on 30 £ pay with my card but when I get home the size was bigger so going back take a smaller size for 25 £, they make the exchange but they told me they can't refund the 5 £ back, and the stuff was really rude, I ask them why they don't do refund first and then I pay separately for new tracksuit, answer was is already to late for that.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Take it from a current (soon to be ex) employee. The air con is broken and has been for 2 years so it is extremely hot in the store. The staff are paid minimum wage and have such high standards to uphold. The management are terrible and make up rules on the spot to please them. If a staff member is nice to you, you caught them on a lucky day. The atmosphere is terrible. The music is too loud. They make at least £10k a day yet pay the bare minimum. The staff are kept past their shifts, the women have to wear the JD leggings provided which are super thin and see-through make us women feel uncomfortable. The worst company to work for. Shop somewhere else - there's a TKMaxx next doors and a Schuh opposite.

Large well stocked shop. Popped in late in the day to buy some trainers. In fact so late that we were the last customers of the day and they had to unlock the doors to let us out ! Staff helpful. Would shop there again.

My wife and I popped into the Bexleyheath branch to buy some socks that was on display for £9 we also looked at the price attached to the socks and that confirmed £9 . When we got to the till the very rude cashier said £11. We pointed out the obvious and all she said was you have to pay what the till states .
Put these people behind a till and they think there important.
If you want to buy sports wear do yourself a favour go anywhere but JD Sports .

Location is good, store is not as big as usual direct sports. There are few offers on this store but works for me as it saves me a lot of time.

Very busy but found slightly better prices on their website for some items so didn't get all of it in store. Great prices on Mackenzie jacket, £65 down to £20! Lots of Nike and Under Armour stuff tempting me!

Need to train up their staff in customer service !!!! went into buy a tracksuit, asked 2 members of staff a question, dreadful unhelpful responses, they just couldn't be bothered, so walked out.

Helpful friendly staff, plenty of room to move around, if you use a wheelchair or have a pushchair your be ok, got what we wanted is the sale, so very happy, will be going back.
