Customer service is pretty much non existent and they run around like headless chickens. Spend most of their time waiting for a queue of team members to stop talking on their loud radios before they can communicate with the stock room.

I asked for a larger size of shoes to be told they have them in stock room but it would be easier for them if I just order online and collect in a couple of days because they were busy “it will only cost a quid for delivery”

Stock seems ok but the experience doesn’t make you want to return.

Bought Vans yesterday Size 5 - and went to pay - the assistant at the till checked them and so they should of been fine ,however when I got home - I found 1 size 5 and 1 size 6 - ( so I took them back to my local JD store to get a refund or exchange - however I got neither - I was told to go back to the JD I bought from - I explained that it would cost me £20 on the bus - still no help -

Went in with other family members.
Lay out is good.
Parking good, accessible for disabled.
Quite good stock.

I want to exchange pair of Jordan, becouse was to small for my son.
Manager of the store, yang miss very very rude with us even was telling us to Live the store, just because we don't keep the box we couldn't exchange.

I rate this 1 star because they took so long to help me find the best shoes they had and they spend so mush money on these shoes and they don’t look nice some shoes look nice but this one does not I rate it 1 star get better jd

They have ugly and overpriced shoes/ clothes here. Most are nike, rest adidas, some other brands and barely any puma. If you want good shoes look on amazon or ebay or something. I only ever found 2 pairs of good shoes in total at all the jds i visited.

Lots of staff in the store when I went with over 50% of them doing nothing despite massive queues. Fully expect to see shops busier at this time of year but also would expect that staff actually help each other to make sure they are not 2 or 3 people carrying the whole store

Hello my name is luke herdman the date is the 28th 6.30 pm I've travelled all the way from Northampton to just simply change for a different size bottoms as I bought them in Northampton but they are now shut the blonde hair manager was so rude to me because I asked to use the changing room to try my items ?
I said the shop is not busy you have 4 changing facilities locked?
She said yes were using it for storage!
I am disabled and have travelled far to come here and then she said I can change in front of everyone if I like humiliating a disabled person !
She also was laughing amongst her friends who work there!
Absolutely the worst experience of my life
