Runners Need Exeter

A COVID-19 personalised service for purchasing some new running shoes. Friendly member of staff carried out a gait analysis. Based on this she offered various running shoes that would suit. Tried on a couple of pairs before deciding on my choice. Not many different running clothes to choose from and limited in size. Recommended if you need new running shoes for the service and help.

Very impressed by the service: staff member was polite and knowledgeable. Price match promise was upheld with no drama. I was told to expect my trainers (they didn't have my size) in 2-3 working days at 15:00 on a Sunday afternoon but when I got home from work the next day they were already here!

it's just a corner, selection was limited at best. I was looking for trail shoes and they had 3 pairs, one that was so poor quality the stitching was broken out of the box.
The staff were trying there best to be helpful but limited by the stock.

EDIT - replying to the reply: To reiterate, it's just a corner, you've not given enough room for anything other than limited stock. Unless given more room it will always have limited stock, regardless of supply chain issues.

Shoes not in stock but ordered and arrived very quickly. Very happy with advise and customer service. 3rd pair of shoes in 2 years for my wife and I, so we must be happy with the products and prices.

Very helpful and friendly staff. It was great to have the chance to ask all the questions I had about running and the equipment I use.

Great selection of running shoes and other sportswear - I managed to get some leggings perfect for starting out in yoga.

Lady was very friendly and helpful. I left with some good trainers. Thanks!

Dreadful customer service - I wont be returning to this shop.

I bought a pair of expensive (£125) trainers for Christmas 2020 and started using them on Boxing Day 2020.... In March 2021 I felt them rubbing and so on investigation noticed they had deteriorated and worn through. I took them back to Runners Need and they refused to deal with me....they fobbed me off and told me I had been wearing them incorrectly... Disgusted with their demeanour, their refusal to listen to me and their rudeness ...I wont be returning to Runners Need...
