Super sonic sevice. Staff could not do enough for me. Miss Remy found everything I needed went the extra mile to find the colours of there stock which was round the back. Also adviced me which were this season's colours.

Poor service took some trainers I’d bought on line to exchange for a different pair absolutely no help whatsoever and just left standing in the shop with no help would not use this store plenty of staff just stood around with no real interest in helping out

I bought a pair of converse from here and they gave me two right shoes. It’s not that complicated

Sales assistant were not helpful at all, poorly represented the store. In stead of promoting product In store, they were negative and suggested Sports direct was a better shop to by trainers from.

We was at JD SPORTS in cowley today 16/11/2022 the young lady was was polite and helpful but the manager was rude and treated her terribly she was serving us at the till and he came over demanded her to answer the phone even though she was serving us and when we tryed to explain to him it was rude to answer the phone when service us he walked away when we was trying to talk to him 4 costumers was all saying she needed help he just walked away and ignored us then another young man came to the tills to help as the manager had just walked away he need to be trained about costumer service .

Awful customer service at the cowely oxford Branch today. The manager was very rude when I asked to talk to him and would not give me his name when I said I was going to put in a conplaint to head office!! I was in store on Sunday 29th January. I will call head office tomorrow!
