Orders placed on 27th August and 3rd September totaling £177.82. As yet still not received (now in in the 10th week). Phone calls made weekly after 6 weeks (bespoke orders have a 3 week lead time), each week I am told it will be posted, each week they have failed to do so. Money is taken out at the point of order and £7 shipping charge a time.

Great service, highly recommended. Went out of their way to help me with a name and number transfer for my lad's footie top 👏 👏

Very slowly service. Order a t-shirt on 12th September, and the payment already been made, now it's 19th October, we still haven't received it. I've been phoned few times ask about, and they always made different excuses and say will send it soon.

NEVER order from outside the UK! NEVER!
Even you pay 30,- GBP for packaging & delivery for 3 shirts & 1 short - what seems to be far beyond reality for a >1kg plastic bag package delivery already - but after 3 weeks of waiting, Austrian customs contacted me because of 'suspicious value labeling'... after sending the invoice from TeeJac to them, and after another 1.5 weeks, the package was in Vienna, Austria at the postoffice... picking it up ended up in another payment of 65,- EUR(!) for whatever... So now I payed for my around 100,- EUR order, 30,- for delivery + 65,- for customs - which ended up in nearly 100% of extra costs....
At least the shirts inside look ok.... (5 Stars for them / -3 Stars for the customs & delivery mess and as warning for none UK customers!)

Huw was really helpful and efficient in producing some printed training vests for the Dubai 7s. Short deadline and everything was printed accurately and delivered on time. Very happy with the result..
