This company can't really compete with sports direct or sports soccer. They have the latest designed but I don't have the budget to pay £110 for the nikes my granddaughter would like, let alone my grandson. Went in to sports direct and had 2 pairs of quality trainers for my grandchildren for less than £60.

There was a limited supply of sizes. It seems the staff are encouraging people to order online instead of bothering them in the shop. The staff were chatting away to each other so rude not even greeting customers. I had to wait for the staff to finish his conversation with the security before I was seen to. I was standing at the till like a lemon. Then when i asked about blue card, I was told they've stopped giving NHS discount but if you do it online you can still get a discount. Terrible customer service i was made to feel i was a pest for asking about sizes and that i was better off ordering online.

Staff are tidy, variety of clothes are shambolic and the ordering kiosk doesn’t send the orders. Been waiting for my clothes to dispatch for 3 weeks, had to have a refund in the end. Let’s hope I get my money back in the next fortnight 🤷🏽‍♂️ Good staff, absolutely terrible store.

Staff stand around chatting.not one of them wore a face mask which is still compulsory here in Wales. But I did purchase a pair of trainers as I had promised my grand daughter a new pair for her birthday. Service was very slow .

No point in it being open, over priced and the staff girls were just grouped chatting like little school girls. A crematorium has more choice and better customer service

Quite possibly the most basic JD sports in the world, but it does the trick just absolutely no variety unless you like pure chav spec clothing and shoes...
