The post office part was chaos, not many staff on tills and a very long queue. The self service was a long wait too, went away and came back still chaos. Today must be extra busy and staff off as it usually very quick service.

As a high street name it's nice to see this company still here with us.

There was a time when this was the go to place for stationary books music, and while it's still around which I am glad and will support visiting makes me sad as price wise I find them more than my budget allows and I wish I knew what their identity was.
This said still nice to see them here and I I'll support them as a generation who grew up with them.

Nice little store with Post Office within that sell a good range of stationary items, hardback & paperback books plus novels, magazines & newspapers, greetings cards plus much more, there are manned & self serve tills to pay for your purchases once you've made your choices.

The blonde curly Hitler at the front was most unimpressed that I entered without a mask....asked for my medical card which is not a legal requirement. Once I'd told her that she soon shut up. Staff should not ask customers where there mask is as not all will be as robust as I am.

Went to wh smith shop got my horror magazines & romance novel rosie goodwin new novel age restrictions on energy drinks aswell at wh Smith's

I had a gift voucher that expired during covid. I emailed them, and they never bothered to reply. I will never shop there again! It's a pity there wasn't no stars! 😡

Excellent customer service earlier today when looking for a particular book, staff took the trouble to search the upstairs room and to a satisfactory conclusion. Well done!!
