Very spacious with a large range of stock. The fact the post office was open on Bank Holiday Monday was an added bonus. This store is always my first stop when looking for stationary items. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Lovely shop. Its new, it is inside the mall near Tiger.

I went in to buy baby books as presents for my friends.

The shopkeepers were friendly. And they were helpful. They offered to check the stockroom for a book I was after 'the Hungry Caterpillar'. They found it and I bought it.

I will be back.

Great pen collection. Still has some coloured card, post office seems good but was closed. 2 self scan tills and one cashier, it represents the previous store's inventory (as was scaled down).

Worst staff ever! 2 indian lady staff just standing and wickedly staring at customers in store without offering any help and when requested for assistance the arrogance and rudeness they gave was shocking! WHSmith please change your staff, we dont need this attitude with 0 customer service etiquette or provide basic training atleast !!!

Has most of the essentials for stationary and the staffs were helpful and friendly. Some items tend to be on the expensive side but it is ok.

There is a Photo Booth inside which is plus.

Visited yesterday. Granted the post office section had a long queue with Christmas coming but found the store too small, pokey, items haphazardly all over the place. Some of the staff seemed sour. I asked a member of staff three times for 'sticky tape'. She hadn't a clue what I was talking about until I said 'sellotape' and then she scowled at me as though it was my fault. Not a great Experience by any means.

Misleading Open Hours/Times Expected to buy a scientific calculator at the last moment as my kid lost her a day before the exam, but on 18:05h the doors were closed. Wasted my time and turned my evening into a nightmare. Update your details people, Time is priceless!
